The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies that strengthen the brand presence, increase market share, and support revenue growth. The role involves a blend of creative content production, digital campaign management, and operational reporting.

Digital Marketing & Social Media
Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across online platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and the company website.
Manage daily social media activities, audience interaction, content posting, and follower acquisition strategies.
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram pages, and email.
Coordinate with Samsung's office for design requirements and marketing materials for all new product launches.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
Develop strategic content plans, scripts, and campaign messaging aligned with Samsung brand guidelines.
Coordinate and execute high-quality photo shoots and video productions featuring products, services, and influencers.
Write, design, and produce brochures, posters, pamphlets, and digital assets for Samsung products and services.
Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms to ensure current and engaging content.
4.3
Promotional Planning & Campaign
Execution
Develop and implement monthly promotional plans in coordination with monthly schemes.
Plan, coordinate, and submit reports on flagship phone launches and promotional events.
Assist Customer Care Executives with Product branding and promotional activities in line with the sell-out simulation plan.
Develop uniform spec kits for display counters to ensure consistent brand presentation at all points of sale.

Market Research & Consumer Insights
Conduct regional visits for market study, retail census, and comparative analysis of products.
Share plans and ideas to promote Samsung products based on insights gathered from the market.
Perform cross-channel marketing reviews by evaluating both offline and online marketing activities using data-driven metrics.

Sales Strategy & Partnership
Development
Develop a comprehensive Sales and Promotional Strategy Guide yearly.
Support channel and partnership expansion including Multi Brand Operator network growth with regional distributors and other business partners.
4.6
Brand Store & Retail Operations Support
Manage Samsung Experience Store and Authorized Service Center operations and supervise Customer Care Executives (CCEs) to maintain Samsung brand store standards.
Update product knowledge and conduct training sessions for CCEs on new Samsung products and services.
4.7
Planning, Reporting & Administration
Prepare and implement monthly work plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Plan and conduct monthly review meetings; maintain records of all meetings and proceedings.
Prepare note sheets, quarterly reports, and official correspondence with Samsung.
Coordinate the timely closing and settlement of Execution Orders with Samsung.
Complete and maintain Inventory, Dealer Management (DMS), and Sales and Order Management (SOMS) systems.
Draft the sell-out simulation plan yearly and finalize the Annual Performance Goals (APG).
Contribute to budgeting and goal-setting processes for the upcoming fiscal year.
Renew licenses, agreements, and sponsorships in a timely manner.
Support other units and undertake multi-tasking duties as required.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Science & Animation, Graphic Design, any other relevant degree.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are an advantage.
Experience
Experience in Marketing or digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience in content creation, campaign management, and brand communications.
Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and other similar software applications.
Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and digital marketing tools.
Strong graphic design and content production skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dzongkha.
Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights for marketing decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Submit quarterly reports on marketing activities, campaign outcomes, and key metrics.
• Maintain records of all meetings, agreements, and correspondence.
